Los Angeles County Arts Ed Collective: The LA County Arts Ed Collective is a collaborative effort of teachers, policymakers, and funders to provide arts education to all students in LA public schools.

The Phillips Collection K-12 Education: The Phillips Collection offers a variety of arts education opportunities, such as museum visits for students, in-classroom workshops, and professional development seminars.
Arts Opportunities and Community Events in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia
Off the Wall at George Mason University: Every Spring, Mason opens its state-of-the-art, Art and Design Building to alumni, parents, and the public for a family-friendly celebration to benefit the visual arts at Mason. Guests tour more than 15 studio spaces and interact with student and faculty artists, plus have the opportunity to create their own works of art. Creative mac-and-cheese cuisine and beverage stations (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) will be located throughout the event, plus a silent auction of arts-related items and experiences.
Millennium Stage at the Kennedy Center: The Millennium Stage is a free performance series and part of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. It features a broad spectrum of national and international performing arts companies, from dance and jazz, to chamber music and folk, comedy, storytelling and theater, every day of the year. Performances always begin at 6pm.

WSC Avant Bard: WSC Avant Bard is a performing arts organization dedicated primarily to producing classic works in small theaters throughout Northern Virginia which is funded by NEA and Virginia Commission for the Arts.
Arlington Arts Center: Arlington Arts Center is a contemporary visual arts center dedicated to presenting and supporting new work by regional artists in the Mid-Atlantic states. Through exhibitions, educational programs, and subsidized studio spaces, AAC serves as a bridge between artists and the public.
ARTSFairfax: This organization supports the community by sponsoring arts events such as Theatre, Music, Dance, Museums, Galleries, Arts Education, Professional Development, Master Classes, and Camps in the Fairfax area.
Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia: The mission of the JCCNV Cultural Arts department is to demonstrate, illuminate and celebrate the breadth and depth of Judaism’s culture, identity, creativity, diversity and resiliency through the performing, visual and literary arts. They have numerous events to engage the community, such as film festivals, performing arts series, Jewish food festivals, and fine arts programming.
Vienna Arts Society: An excellent resource for those who live in Northern Virginia, the VAS offers community arts events such as photography, watercolors, mosaics, and numerous arts exhibits.
Art Works Now: Art Works Now provides arts education and family arts programs for Hyattsville, MD and surrounding communities. They are focused on teaching arts technique as well as providing after school opportunities for children to engage in the arts.
